This is a super quick blog post about affirmations you can use for your health. You can repeat these like mantras or post them throughout your home. I’m a big fan of sticky notes so I’ve placed a few of these around the house and in my office.
I am in control of my health.
I am willing to make changes in my life that will lead to better health.
I love my body.
I am grateful for my health.
I make healthy choices.
I am worthy of good health.
I deserve to be healthy and happy.
I am surrounded by love and support.
I release all negative thoughts about my health.
I am filled with love, light, and healing energy.
I am connected to my higher power.
I am protected and guided.
I am safe.
I am healthy, happy, and whole.
These affirmations can help you to take control of your health. Repeat them often, and believe them with all your heart. Say them out loud, write them down, or post them where you will see them every day. Remind yourself that you are in control of your health and that you are capable of making changes that will lead to better health.
It might sound cheesy but print some of them out and stick them around the house. On the fridge, on your bathroom mirror, near your front door, and in your car. Wherever you will see them often.
Believe it, and it will be so.
