Hey there!
I’m Riley — a wellness nerd, plant lover, and chronic seeker of balance.
SoulfulDosha started as my own attempt to make sense of health: not just the clinical side, but the full picture — what you eat, how you move, what you believe, and how you treat the planet you live on. Ayurveda gave me a framework for that. It doesn’t separate body from mind, or self from environment — and neither do I.
I’ve spent years experimenting with food as medicine — vegan, carnivore, paleo, keto, everything in between. Not because I’m indecisive, but because I genuinely believe there’s no single right answer, and the only way to find your answer is to pay attention. That curiosity extends to herbal medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and alternative therapies of all kinds. I’m drawn to any system that treats the whole person rather than just the symptom.
My background spans both worlds: I hold a Bachelor of Science in Wellness and Alternative Medicine from Vermont State University and I’m a licensed phlebotomist in Washington. I’ve spent time hiking trails, bouldering, and getting genuinely dirty outside — which, honestly, taught me as much about sustainability and presence as any textbook. The core belief behind everything here: when you find peace within yourself, you naturally start caring more about the world around you. That’s what I’m after. I’m glad you’re here too.

I believe that we should all strive to achieve optimal health in mind, body, and spirit.
